Payments

We process online payments through Stripe, a quick and secure way to accept credit card and debit card payments online. Payment types include:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

Dress Code

Art can be super messy - please dress accordingly. We provide artist smocks but feel free to bring extra clothes you would not mind getting dirty. 

Cancellation Policy

For all classes and workshops occurring during the school year, students may cancel at any time up to two weeks before the session begins and will receive a full refund, less a $15 processing fee. No refunds or credits after that time unless we can fill your space.

Makeup Policy

  • For sessions and workshops, there will be no credits or refunds for missed classes.

  • Make-up classes are offered for absence due to illness and travel only. Make-ups must be scheduled within the following month. Only one make up per month is allowed.

Liability

  • By enrolling in an activity at ARTpiques, you give permission for you or your child to receive emergency medical treatment.

  • By enrolling in an activity at ARTpiques, you hereby release ARTpiques from liability for any injury that you or your child may suffer as a result of participation in our program.

  • Classes and workshops may include taking your child off school premises during break and you agree that the above release of liabilities applies during that time.

  • Photos of your child or their artwork may be used for art classes, workshops, or other promotions. Only first names will be included. 

Snow Closure

If a winter class or workshop is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, you will be credited for a make-up class in the future, refunds will not be given.

Classes will not be held on the following 2018 / 2019 holidays:

  • Rosh Hashanah: October 10
  • Columbus / Indigenous People's Day: October 8
  • Election Day: November 6
  • Veterans Day: November 12
  • Thanksgiving Break: November 22 - 23
  • Winter Recess: December 24 - January 1
  • Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day: January 21
